CANCELLATION POLICY

All adventures are payable by credit card online. Lake Winnipesaukee Adventures (LWA) will make a refund of all fees paid if a cancellation notice is received (by phone or email) at least 48 hours before the adventure minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the 48 hour deadline, unless LWA cancels because of weather. If LWA cancels your excursion because of weather a full refund will be made.

  • How many people can be in my group?
    We can host 10 people max and 2 people min.
  • Can we plan the day or is it planned for us?
    Your day is completely set by you and customizable by you, as long as it is part of our offerings.
  • Do you take people fishing?
    Yes! With enough notice, we will take you and a group fishing with a skilled fishing guide.
  • Would you pick us up at a home on shore or on an island?
    Yes. We can pick you up at an additional charge, depending on location
  • Are lifejackets required?
    They are required for anyone under the age of 12. Lifejackets are supplied.
  • Is alcohol allowed on the vessle?
    Yes. We do not provide alcoholic beverages, but you are welcome to pack a cooler with your desried drinks for your adventure. Glass containers prohibited.
  • Is there a restroom on the boat?
    There is not a restroom on the boat, but there are public restrooms available at the lakeside towns.
  • Can I pay the day of the adventure?
    All tours are pre-booked online and cannot be paid at the tiki boat.
  • What days do you operate?
    We are open for booking online 7 days a week Mid May through Labor Day. From Labor Day through Columbus Day we offer a shortened schedule.
  • Can I pay on the day of the adventure?
    All tours are pre-booked online and cannot be paid at at the boat.
